As a partner, American Councils Study & Research Abroad is fully-insured, provides U.S. academic transcripts from Bryn Mawr College (school of record), offers 24/7 support on all programs, includes comprehensive health insurance on all programming, and is flexible on billing arrangements. With over 100 partner institutions in the United States, American Councils Study & Research Abroad boasts a long track record of serving both large public universities and small liberal arts colleges as a trusted study abroad program provider.

Submit an Affiliation Request – Complete the form below or send us an email with your institution’s details and key contact person.
Preliminary Review – Our team will review your submission and verify accreditation and institutional profile.
Further Dialogue – We will schedule a call or meeting to discuss mutual expectations, collaboration opportunities and next steps.
Agreement & Onboarding – Upon agreement, we’ll formalize our affiliation with a letter of understanding or memorandum, then guide you through onboarding (profiles, catalogue listing, etc.).
Begin Collaboration – Your institution will be listed in our partner directory, and we can start promoting student-exchange, study-abroad or co-branding opportunities together.
Affiliation/Document Requests will be delivered directly to American Councils Study & Research Abroad. In this form, you can request an affiliation agreement, program handbooks, syllabi, or other program literature necessary for approving American Councils Study & Research Abroad programs. A staff member will reach out within 2 business days of your request.
