American Councils has been in Estonia since 2015, where we have an office located in Tallinn. Tallinn is not only the capital city of Estonia, but it is also the most populated city in Estonia and has a rich history, diverse range of educational institutions, and increasing number of cultural centers and opportunities. The Tallinn office works closely with the US Embassy in Tallinn, the EducationUSA Office in Tallinn, the Ministry of Education and Research, American Corners, and local community organizations, schools, and associations across Estonia.
