About the Ministry of Education of Taiwan (MOE) Scholarship
The Ministry of Education of Taiwan offers scholarship support for participants of the Taiwan Intensive Summer and Semester Language Programs (TISLP) and Tradition and Modernity in Taiwan (TMT). The scholarships range up to $8,000 and are awarded based on academic merit and financial need. Awards may be combined with other sources of financial aid, including other American Councils scholarships, to cover program costs.
About the Funder
Since 2016, the MOE has provided critical financial support to more than 260 U.S. students on the American Councils Taiwan Intensive Summer and Semester Language programs. These awards make a vital difference in the ability of U.S. students to engage in intensive immersion-based language study in Taiwan.
